Description The popular LTPAC Session Series is
back at HIMSS20! The LTPAC Session Series is designed to bring together LTPAC
(long-term/post-acute care) stakeholders, highlighting the interrelationships
between different care settings. This year’s educational sessions focus on
longitudinal care and the importance of coordination and engagement along the
care continuum.
