Treat your clients to a VIP experience before the HIMSS20 Thursday Night Special Event at Universal. Reception package includes a private event space at a City Walk restaurant, transportation, and food and beverage. Sponsors may decorate the space, offer additional food/drink items, and offer additional entertainment at their own cost.

• Complimentary client tickets for the main event (number based on the capacity of event space and does not exceed 100)
• Unlimited appetizers and (2) drink tickets to use in the main park after private reception
• Private client reception (1 hour before the start of the main event from 6:30pm – 7:30pm) 100 of your VIPs (number determined on capacity of the venue chosen) to include:
• Appetizers (sample menu available upon request)
