Virtual appointments will also be available during this time for those who will not be onsite at HIMSS21.

Booth Selection Information:
- Appointments
times are ordered based on HIMSS priority points as of May 1, 2021*
- Onsite
booth selection will take place August 9-12 in room 305, Level 1, at the
Sands Expo Convention Center
- Virtual
booth selection will take place during the same dates via Zoom
- Please
be prepared to sign the booth space contract (online) and pay the booth
depositfor both onsite and
virtual selections. Check or credit card payments
accepted
- If applicable, HIMSS20 credit can be applied to HIMSS22 deposit
- Both
steps MUST be completed or booth space WILL be released on the last day of
booth selection, Thursday, August 12
- NEW FOR HIMSS22:
- 10 points received when HIMSS22 contract is signed by August 12, 2021. (applied post conference)
- 20 points received if 50% payment is received at booth selection for HIMSS22. Payment received no later than August 12, 2021. (applied post conference)
Booth Selection Room Hours- Monday, August 9: 1:00 pm-5:00 pm
- Tuesday, August 10: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday, August 11: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday, August 12: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
