Please ensure that in addition to your high-resolution graphic files
(preferably in an .ai or .eps format), that you also include a low-res PDF file
with all pertinent information (such as banner location, single/double sided,
banner size, special instructions, etc.). Upon receipt of files, Freeman will send a graphic proof back to the
sponsor for final approval. Please note that it is Freeman policy that all orders are pre-paid
before final processing. Freeman will require full payment before proceeding with
layout and final production.
Production Costs: Production costs are based on the pricing/schedule below and determined
by the date final approval of the graphic proof is received by Freeman from the
sponsor.

* Installation
and dismantle of magnetic, mesh, and vinyl banners must be done by the Orange
County Convention Center Rigging Department. The production rates above for
these items only include production by Freeman. Rigging for installation
and dismantle must be ordered separately from the Orange County Convention
Center using the OCCC Rigging and Hanging Sign Labor Order Form found in the
KBIS 2022 Exhibitor Services Manual.
** Installation
and dismantle of window clings, floor decals, and column wraps under 6’-10” in
height is done by Freeman. The production rates above for these items include
production, installation, and dismantle by Freeman. If there may be additional charges due to location, you will be
informed prior to production.
