Description
Exhibiting companies may purchase a pre-meeting mailing list. Mailing lists are provided in either label format or in an electronic format to an established bonded third party mail house. A rental agreement along with a proof of the mailing piece must be submitted for review and approved by APSS management before the labels or electronic mailing list will be provided. Please allow one week for processing.
Initial approval for placement, as well as banner copy, must be reviewed by ICCLOS event coordinator. Due to other in-house groups, not all areas are available at any given time. It is the sole responsibility of the client to physically inspect the facility to verify all dimensions and locations. ICCLOS assumes no responsibility for incorrect measurements.
