Description
Advertise your products to attendees prior to the meeting. One exhibitor will have the opportunity to reach out to meeting attendees and AASM and SRS members in the Pre-Meeting Email Blast.
The Pre-Meeting message will be sent one to two weeks prior to the SLEEP meeting. The email blast will contain a brief message from the APSS and your banner ad.
Initial approval for placement, as well as banner copy, must be reviewed by ICCLOS event coordinator. Due to other in-house groups, not all areas are available at any given time. It is the sole responsibility of the client to physically inspect the facility to verify all dimensions and locations. ICCLOS assumes no responsibility for incorrect measurements.
