Benefits

• Confirmation letter with logistic details will be sent to sponsor upon submission of signed contract.
• Sponsor to identify session content and desired audience for breakfast invitations. HIMSS will provide two (2) drafts of customized invitation for sponsor approval. Invitation will include sponsor logo.
• HIMSS will send three (3) marketing e-pushes to sponsor audience selections. Specific marketing email dates will be included in the FAQ document. If agreement is signed after deadline date, sponsoring company will be responsible for outreach.
• Sponsor will have ability to access attendee lists 24/7 for most up to date responses.
• HIMSS will provide buffet meal for each participant.
• 15 minutes for buffet service
• 60 minutes for sponsor presentation
