Samples will be passed out in high traffic areas across the show
We will be using your logo to promote the product sampling on a sign, if you would prefer a brand logo over the company logo please submit by February 23
Please ship product using the sponsorship shipping label (we recommend 4,000 pieces)
You may also provide branded apparel for the staff that will be handing out your products. We will not know sizes in advance. We recommend sending 2 M, 4L, and 2XL shirts.
If you have branded tote bags, please send 8 with the product or the shirts for the staff to use when handing out the product.

Description
Sponsors can place their products directly into show attendees’ hands without leaving their booths! The Sweets & Snacks Expo hospitality team members will distribute the sponsors’ candy or snack product in a highly trafficked area on the way to the show floor during one of five time slots:
Tuesday morning and afternoon
Wednesday morning and afternoon
Thursday morning
Approximately 4,000 pieces are needed for two hours of sampling. It is highly recommended that the company provide shirts for the staff to wear when handing out the product.
Sponsor Responsibility: Shipping of the product.
