Create a welcoming space for show attendees to take a call, rest their feet or enjoy a delicious sample in a branded lounge. Utilize existing furniture or brand the space with your own. With the additional space in Indianapolis, there will be opportunities for lounges both in lobby spaces and on the show floor.
Initial approval for placement, as well as banner copy, must be reviewed by ICCLOS event coordinator. Due to other in-house groups, not all areas are available at any given time. It is the sole responsibility of the client to physically inspect the facility to verify all dimensions and locations. ICCLOS assumes no responsibility for incorrect measurements.
