will all be in sync – it sadly is not possible to have the screens and zones
run at the exact same time. Because of this please do not plan for the creative
to match.
Each sponsor can provide up to 3 different videos that will be played on a rotation amongst the digital screens.
Screens 1, 2, 3 & 4 - 960x1188px (you may submit a
different file for each screen please be certain to label the files accordingly)
Actual size of screens 1, 2, 3 and 4 are 8’ x 10’ each.

You may submit stills or video files in an mp4 format. Videos must be exactly 15 seconds. Any video that is longer will be trimmed to fit, shorter videos will be sent back to be adjusted.

Description
Four digital screens in the main food court and seating area, each over 10' wide and 20' tall. Highlight video content to the industry walking the main entrance corridor off Maryland Avenue or sitting in the food court area during mealtimes. Each sponsor can provide up to 3 different videos (each up to 15 seconds) that will be played on a rotation amongst the digital screens.
Three digital advertisements available.

Initial approval for placement, as well as banner copy, must be reviewed by ICCLOS event coordinator. Due to other in-house groups, not all areas are available at any given time. It is the sole responsibility of the client to physically inspect the facility to verify all dimensions and locations. ICCLOS assumes no responsibility for incorrect measurements.
