Held at the convention center, Industry Sessions (formerly Product Theaters) are 45-minute sessions that provide supporters with a high-value live marketing opportunity to reach motivated professionals in a private session during lunch(provided by AAPA). Industry Sessions provide a forum to gather and discuss issues on patient education, specific products, and therapeutic areas with company representatives or your designees.  AAPA recognizes that Industry Sessions will be promotional and may concentrate on a specific product or medication.  These sessions are not approved for CME.

Energize & Educate – total of three (3) different sponsors per day per time slot, times are listed below by date.  Two (2) private meeting rooms will be setup to host up to 300 attendees for lunch (classroom style seating), one room per sponsor. One (1) private meeting room will be setup to host up to 350 attendees for lunch (room setup in rounds of 10) , one room per sponsor.

Session Date & Time - Sunday, May 19 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m., session will run from 12:45 - 1:30 p.m. to allow 15 mins for attendees to grab their meal and get ready to learn

Classroom Style for 300 Attendees/Room #310 

Sponsorship Includes:

• Pre-Show and Onsite sponsor logo recognition on Industry Session materials and area
• Sponsor onsite signage at the Industry Session area
• One (1) 45-minute session.  Sponsor will have 45 minutes prior to scheduled session for setup, 15 minutes to meet and greet with attendees as they enter the room and grab their meal, and 15 minutes after session for wrap up.
• Private meeting room in the George R. Brown Convention Center for 300 attendees (classroom style) for lunch (provided by AAPA)
• Room setup includes a podium, two (2) screens, LCD projectors, a laptop, lav microphone, standing audience mic, laser pointers, sound amplification and mixer
• Sponsor to submit session title, description, speakers name, bio and headshot photo to AAPA by April 1, 2024
• Sponsor has the opportunity to provide two (2) signs to promote their session.  Sponsor to submit signs to AAPA for approval by April 18, 2024
• Opportunity to purchase lead retrieval through Maritz Global Events (AAPA's Registration & Housing Bureau). Please note that AAPA does not provide lead retrieval or the staff to manage
