Description

It is good to greet! Let your team members greet attendees as they enter the Long Beach Convention Center. This sponsorship allows 2 people to hand out booth traffic driver (provided by sponsor) in the main lobby areas each day of the event.

Sponsor to provide:

Sample of item being handed out by greeters. | Handout Due for Review: April 26, 2024
Name of greeters. | Names Due: May 10, 2024

GOOD TO KNOW:

Greeters are not allowed to roam on the Expo or session rooms regardless of badge type nor are they allowed to distribute materials within sponsored lounges in public areas.
Sponsor to register greeters with their badge allotment.
Handout should be small and paper in nature (flyer, postcard, etc...). Exceptions must be approved. If handout is promoting a private, off-site sponsor event, the event can NOT conflict with official NRF events and must start 30 minutes after the last official NRF event.
