Description

Get your happy on at the Sunday afternoon Expo Happy Hour! Sponsored bars will provide beer, wine, and soda at bars on both Expo levels. Sponsor logo will be on napkins, cups, onsite signage as well as on the event website and in the mobile app. Sponsor logo to be included on t-shirts worn by servers.  

Sponsor to provide: 

• Logos (2) | DUE: ASAP | SUBMIT LOGOS HERE
  
• 1 full-color logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf). 
• 1 single-color (black or white) logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf). 
• Optional gift item (suggested 500 qty)
• Approved by NRF: Wednesday, November 13, 2024
  
•  Shipping: It is NRF's preference that sponsors ship gift items with their booth materials and NRF will coordinate onsite pickup. If shipping to NRF offices, please have items delivered to NRF by Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
  

NRF to provide: 

• Logo'd proofs (cups & napkins) for sponsor approval prior to production. Sponsor logo will be a one-color imprint in black. 

GOOD TO KNOW: 
Optional gift items (after NRF approval) can be sent to NRF for delivery with show management shipment. Must arrive by December 4th to be included. If unable to make that deadline, sponsor can ship with their booth/materials and coordinate with NRF for onsite pick-up.
