Description

Held at a prestigious New York venue, for an estimated 35-45 Council members, the atmosphere and attendance allow for great networking and authentic conversations. This is a co-sponsorship. The date and location is TBD. 

• Sponsor logo is included on any marketing materials promoting the event and sponsor can provide a two-minute introduction before dinner. 
  
• Sponsorship allows for 3 sponsor attendees (employees from sponsor company). and the opportunity to bring a gift to all attendees. 
• Logo also included on onsite signage, webpage, or other marketing materials promoting the dinner. 
  
• NRF will send a follow up note to all attendees and can include a link to the sponsor website and contact information for sponsor representatives who attended the dinner. Note will be sent within two weeks of the dinner date.

Sponsor to provide:

• 1 full-color logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf).
• 1 single-color (black/white) logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf).
• Optional gift item (suggested 50 qty)
• Approved by NRF: Wednesday, November 13, 2024
  
• Shipping: It is NRF's preference that sponsors ship gift items with their booth materials and NRF will coordinate onsite pickup. If shipping to NRF offices, please have items delivered to NRF by Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
  

GOOD TO KNOW: 

Optional gift items (after NRF approval) can be sent to NRF for delivery with show management shipment. Must arrive by December 4th to be included. If unable to make that deadline, sponsor can ship with their booth/materials and hand deliver to the Dinner.
