Description
Look it's a Nook! A Nook is a semi-private meeting pod that allow for a quick meeting spot for 2-4 individuals. It is perfect for networking, relaxing, and charging (USB ports and wireless charging available). All Nooks will be placed on level 1 outside the expo hall and in a variety of high traffic areas throughout the Javits Center. The sponsorship price is $10,000 per Nook.
GOOD TO KNOW:
NRF will place all Nooks as space allows.
Sponsor to provide: Creative for (2) outside walls, (1) inside back wall, and (1) table top. Specs:
- Outside walls (2) - 35 5/16"w x 61"h
- Back Inside panel (1) - 39.4” w x 19.7”h
- Table top (1) - 33" w by 35 5/16" h with a front edge radius of 1 1/2"
File Requirements:
- Raster files must be submitted AT SIZE and minimum 150dpi. 300dpi preferred.
- Vector must be either at size or production scale must be included so we can resize to the proper dimensions (i.e., 2:1, 5:1, 10:1, etc)
- All text must be outlined or copies of the fonts used included/embedded within the files. Failure to do so may result in art fees.
- Finished files must include 1" total bleed per side/surface to ensure proper coverage and alignment of all assets during installation.
- All assets and finished files must be submitted in CMYK color format.

NRF to provide
- Review of sponsor supplied artwork.
- Provide graphic proofs for sponsor approval prior to production.
- NRF will facilitate graphic production and installation.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Late fees may apply if artwork is submitted after the deadline.
- The sponsor is responsible for any fees associated with reprinting graphics and/or onsite removal/modification after the sponsor has given final approval.
- Sponsor-created graphics (in NRF’s contracted public spaces) must meet NRF standards – no profanity, political themes, nudity, obvious innuendo, critiques of competitors, etc... If the content review flags graphics for content/theme concerns, sponsors will be notified and asked to modify.
