Description
This opportunity is for the new digital display located in the lobby on the upper level of the San Diego Convention Center near the Sails Pavilion.
Digital signage will be live during show hours from Sunday, June 2 through Thursday, June 6 and will be run alongside BIO content and other sponsor content, pending total opportunities sold. Digital signage does not have audio.
Rotation: 5 minutes per hour during show hours from Sunday, June 2 through Thursday, June 6.
Content must be either
- 15 seconds or
- 30 seconds.
Only one file may be submitted per screen.
The deadline to submit graphics for physical signs is April 1, 2024.
The deadline to submit and approve graphics for digital signs is April 26, 2024.
One file per area must be provided by sponsor, which will run all 5 days. BIO will not reconfigure files.
Any files that do not meet the specifications must be edited and resupplied by the sponsor.
