This bundle is comprised of digital displays located in the highly-trafficked lobby on the ground floor of the San Diego Convention Center:

Digital signage will be live during show hours from Sunday, June 2 through Thursday, June 6 and will be run alongside BIO content and other sponsor content, pending total opportunities sold. Digital signage does not have audio.
Rotation: 5 minutes per hour during show hours from Sunday, June 2 through Thursday, June 6.
Content must be either
15 seconds or
30 seconds.
Only one file may be submitted per screen.
The deadline to submit graphics for physical signs is April 1, 2024. The deadline to submit and approve graphics for digital signs is April 26, 2024.
Note some screens in this package are differently sized, and will require custom resolutions.
All placement of BIO show elements is subject to change. The deadline to submit graphics for physical signs is April 1, 2024. After the deadline, the physical sign’s printing is subject to a late production fee of 20% of the sign’s listed sales price. The deadline to submit and approve graphics for digital signs is April 26, 2024. After the deadline, the digital sign’s production is subject to a late production fee of 20% of the sign’s listed sales price.
