January 29, 2024 : Anchor Selection Begins
February 26 - March 1, 2024: Top 200 Selection (virtually)
March 11-14, 2024: Onsite Selection at HIMSS24 in Orlando
Appointment
Order:
Appointment times are scheduled in priority point order. Points were calculated
as of December 31, 2023.
Deposits/Payments:
All
companies must sign the booth space contract (online) and pay the booth
deposit immediately following your selection time. Both steps must be
completed, or booth space WILL be released on the last day of booth selection,
Friday, March 15, 2024.
Priority
Points Opportunity!
Pay
50% of your balance due after initial deposit fees are paid and receive 20
priority points!
Pay
100% of your balance due after initial deposit fees are paid and receive 30
priority points!
Signed
contract and payment must be received no later than March 15, 2024. (points
will be applied post conference)

Please note that changes are being made to the floor plan and we recommend you check closer to your booth selection appointment time for the most up-to-date version.
Booth selection appointments will take place in priority point order. Points for appointment order will be calculated as of December 31, 2023.
