Please ensure that in addition to your high-resolution graphic files (preferably in an .ai or .eps format), that you also include a low-res PDF file with all pertinent information (such as banner location, single/double sided, banner size, special instructions, etc).
Upon receipt of files, Freeman will send a graphic proof back to the sponsor for final approval. Please note that it is Freeman policy that all orders are pre-paid before final processing. Freeman will require full payment before proceeding with layout and final production.
Please Note: camera ready artwork must be submitted 10 business days prior to the production approval deadlines. Freeman must also have a credit card on file before placing any items into production.
Sponsorship Deadlines:
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted by January 5 with Graphic Approval by January 17.
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted by January 19 with Graphic Approval by February 1.
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted by February 5 with Graphic Approval by February 16.
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted after February 6 with Graphic Approval February 17 or after.
Production Costs - the below includes production and labor - the only additional cost will be tax on the production cost
- By January 17 - $3,320 (plus tax on production)
- January 18th through February 1st - $3,820 (plus tax on production)
- February 2nd through February 16th - $4,320 (plus tax on production)
- February 17th and after - $4,980 (plus tax on production)
Production, installation, and dismantle of the items above must be done by Freeman.
