may submit stills or video files in an mp4 format. Videos must be exactly
15 seconds. Any video that is longer will be trimmed to fit, shorter
videos will be sent back to be adjusted.

Initial approval for placement, as well as banner copy, must be reviewed by ICCLOS event coordinator. Due to other in-house groups, not all areas are available at any given time.
