Description
Reach attendees at their hotels and drive them to your booth! Send an interesting and intriguing item to NRF attendees to be delivered INSIDE their hotel rooms, approximately 2,800, on the evening of Monday, January 12th. Participating hotels include: Marriott Marquis, Hilton Midtown, Intercontinental, Sheraton and Westin Times Square.
Sponsor to provide:
- Sample item (ie. Pdf, link, etc...) for NRF approval. | Due: Wednesday, November 12, 2025
- Items to fulfillment center (qty 2800) | Due: Wednesday, December 17, 2025
PLEASE NOTE: If a guest has a "do no disturb" on their door, the hotel staff will not enter to deliver the gift item.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Sponsor is responsible for production of their exclusive bag/box and item as well as shipment of compiled materials to the fulfillment center by December 17. Suggestions include: palm-sized items unless postcard/flyer. Think small tech (ear buds, chargers, etc.), or mints, Chapstick, hand sanitizer, flashlight, drink koozie, etc…. May provide more than one item with NRF's approval and sponsor is providing bag for multi-items. Any food items should be non-perishable, pre-packaged and do not melt easily. Any leftover items at the Fulfillment Center can be returned to sponsor at sponsor's expense, prior notification required.
