Description
These expo lounges are just waiting for the right sponsor to brand and theme out. Outfitted with concession stands and seating, the expo lounges are the perfect spot for attendees to grab a bite or a minute to themselves. Lounges are open to all badged attendees.
There are two available lounges on Expo, Level 3.
- Level 3, Lounge #4 - (1) Sponsored seating area at 60'x60' | Location
- Level 3, Lounge #5 - (1) Sponsored seating area at 70'x60' | Location
- Level 3, Lounge #6 - (1) Sponsored seating area at 40'x60' | Location
Option 1 - (sponsor pays) Sponsor can brand the lounge as they see fit - with approval from NRF, Javits, and other entities. Sponsor will pay for their custom branding. NRF will coordinate the concessions and default tables and seating. Sponsor to pay for all fees and expenses associated with their design. NOTE: Sponsor must send the proposed lounge design by November 6 for NRF approval.
Option 2 - (NRF pays) Sponsor can use the default branding that includes:
- Floor clings (3) - 2'w x 2'h
- Meterboards (2) - double-sided, design specs
- Tabletop signage (5) - 4"w x 6"h - double-sided
In addition, Sponsor will receive name recognition on the event website, mobile app, onsite materials, and signage (sponsor-designed creative of the overhead banner).
Sponsor can provide an optional gift item or request a small footprint for an activation area. Any activations must be approved by NRF. The lounges are not manned by sponsor staff - excluding an approved activation - and are not extensions of the sponsor's exhibit booth.
Sponsor to provide:

- 1 full-color logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf).
- 1 single-color (black or white) logo as high-resolution vector file (.eps or .pdf).
Sponsor-designed square (25% square of the overhead banner) - NRF to supply dimensions

Optional gift item

- Shipping: It is NRF's preference that sponsors ship gift items with their booth materials and NRF will coordinate onsite pickup.
NRF will provide proofs for sponsor approval prior to production. Details on file preparation and final file output can be found here.
NRF to provide:
- NRF will facilitate default tables and chairs as well as overheard banner installation.
- NRF to review and approve sponsor's branded plan
- NRF to review and approve optional gift prior to sponsor production.
- NRF to provide proofs of sponsor designed assets prior to printing.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Optional gift items (after NRF approval) - sponsor can ship with their booth/materials and coordinate with NRF for onsite pick-up.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Late fees may apply if artwork is submitted after the deadline.
- The sponsor is responsible for any fees associated with reprinting graphics and/or onsite removal/modification after the sponsor has given final approval.
- Sponsor-created graphics (in NRF’s contracted public spaces) must meet NRF standards – no profanity, political themes, nudity, obvious innuendo, critiques of competitors, etc... If the content review flags graphics for content/theme concerns, sponsors will be notified and asked to modify.
