Please ensure that in addition to your high-resolution
graphic files (preferably in an .ai or .eps format), that you also include a
low-res PDF file with all pertinent information (such as banner location,
single/double sided, banner size, special instructions, etc).
Upon receipt of files, Freeman will send a graphic
proof back to the sponsor for final approval. Please note that it is Freeman
policy that all orders are pre-paid before final processing. Freeman will
require full payment before proceeding with layout and final production.
Please Note: camera ready artwork must be
submitted 10 business days prior to the production approval deadlines.
Freeman must also have a credit card on file before placing any items into
production.
Sponsorship
Deadlines:
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted by January 5 with Graphic Approval
by January 17.
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted by January 19 with Graphic Approval
by February 1.
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted by February 5 with Graphic Approval
by February 16.
- Camera Ready Artwork submitted after February 6 with Graphic
Approval February 17 or after.
Production
Costs
$2513 with artwork by 1/18 and approval by 2/1 (plus
tax on production)
$2483 with artwork by 2/2 and approval by 2/16 (plus
tax on production)
$3280 approval after 2/17 (plus tax on production)
Labor is
estimated at approximately $800 in addition to production cost above and billed
on actuals after the show.
Production, installation, and dismantle of the items
above must be done by Freeman.
