HIMSS Corporate Members who exhibit can enjoy exclusive access to our attendee list rental—an invaluable tool to amplify your presence and connect with key decision-makers before the event even begins
List will include name, title, company, city and state, work site and professional title (no mailing or email address) of all opt-in attendees from the HIMSS26 attendee list. If exhibiting company would like to send a mailer, a mail house must be utilized to send out exhibitor’s mail pieces. (additional fees apply). Exhibitors are not included within the list. HIMSS Global Conference pre-show attendee list will be sent out three times prior to HIMSS Global Conference.
Pre show list will be sent out 3 times before the show (1/14/2026, 2/11/2026, 2/25/2026 must use by 3/9/2026*) and post show list will be sent (1) one time after the show is over (3/18/2026 and must be used by 4/22/2026*).
