HIMSS26 Health Connect
Partners (HCP) & HIMSS Hosted Buyers Program
Exclusive for HIMSS26 exhibitors, the Health Connect Partners (HCP) - HIMSS Global Conference Hosted
Buyers program will provide a “reverse expo” program. To make the most of
your HIMSS26 experience, participate in convening hospital information technology
buyers (VP, Director, CIO, CMIO, etc.) with you, our exhibitors, to engage in
five (5) 14-minute-long scheduled 1:1 meetings.
As a Hosted Buyers
sponsor, you will have the ability to rank and request attendee providers from
a defined list of confirmed participants who have identified their buying areas
of interest. Each reverse expo meeting will be timed and managed to begin
and end at the exact time the meeting is scheduled. There will be a 1- minute
transition for the suppliers to transition to the next meeting.

- The
Hosted Buyer Selection portal will open on Monday, February 23rd; please
be on the lookout for an email containing your unique access link
- You
must complete your selections no later than 5:00pm Central on Friday,
February 27th
- Your
schedule of meetings & times will be emailed to you by end of day on
Tuesday, March 3rd
- Hosted
Buyer Meetings will be scheduled over three days during HIMSS25: March
10th, 11th & 12th
Benefits:

- Approximately three (3) weeks

- If selections are not made by
deadline, meetings will be assigned randomly to available qualified
hosted buyer participants

Non Member: $5,900/each
