We’re excited to introduce a brand-new sponsorship opportunity at this year’s Annual Meeting! Companies can sponsor one or more of four 10x10 booth spaces in the exhibit hall that will serve coffee in the morning and either popcorn or cookies/dessert in the afternoon during show hours (8 AM – 4 PM) on Thursday and Friday. Each booth will feature a full espresso bar staffed by a professional barista for four hours each morning—this isn’t just drip coffee! In the afternoon, attendees can enjoy either freshly popped popcorn or delicious cookies/desserts for four hours, depending on the booth. Please note: All booths will serve coffee, but two booths will offer popcorn and two will offer cookies/desserts in the afternoon. The type of afternoon treat for each booth has been pre-assigned, so sponsors will be able to choose based on availability and preference—first come, first served. When you reach out to secure your sponsorship, we’ll discuss which option best suits your goals.

Each sponsored booth will include signage with your company’s name and information, offering a fun and flavorful way to connect with attendees throughout the day.

• Co-sponsorship: $8,500 per company

• Exclusive sponsorship of a single booth: $15,000

  • Exclusive sponsors may also brand the coffee cups for an additional fee
