Reach attendees at their hotels and drive them to your booth! Drop an interesting and intriguing item in the NRF-provided bag (along with other sponsors) and it will be delivered OUTSIDE attendee hotel rooms, approximately 1,350, on the evening of Monday, June 8th.

Sponsor to provide:

Sample item (ie. Pdf, link, etc...) for NRF approval. | Due: April 15, 2026
Items to fulfillment center (qty 1,350) | Due: May 22, 2026

GOOD TO KNOW:

Sponsor responsible for production and shipment of items to the fulfillment center by May 22nd. NRF will produce the bag all sponsored items go into. Suggestions include: palm-sized items unless postcard/flyer. Think small tech (ear buds, chargers, etc.), or mints, Chapstick, hand sanitizer, flashlight, drink koozie, etc…. Any food items should be non-perishable, pre-packaged and do not melt easily. Any leftover items at the Fulfillment Center can be returned to sponsor at sponsor's expense, prior notification required.
