Please ensure that in addition to your high resolution graphic files (preferably in an .ai or .eps format), that you also include a low resolution PDF file that includes all pertinent information (such as banner location, single/double sided, banner size, special instructions, etc.)
Upon receipt of files, Freeman will send a graphic proof back to the sponsor for final approval. Please note that it is Freeman policy that all orders are pre-paid before final processing. Freeman will require full payment before proceeding with the layout and final production.
Please Note: camera ready artwork must be submitted 10 business days prior to the production approval deadlines. Freeman must also have a credit card on file before placing any items into production.
2026 Sponsorship Deadlines:
- Print Ready Artwork submitted by December 22 with Graphic Approval by January 9
- Print Ready Artwork submitted by January 14 with Graphic Approval by January 24
- Print Ready Artwork submitted by January 29 with Graphic Approval by February 8
- Print Ready Artwork submitted after February 9
Production Costs - the below includes production and labor (unless otherwise stated) - the only additional cost will be tax on the production cost.
- By January 9:

- $808.50 Production Only, Escalator Runners.
- By January 24:
- $10,632.00 Production Only, (4) Double Sided Glass Railings
- $930.30 Production Only, Escalator Runners.
- By February 8:
- $12,024.00 Production Only for (4) Double Sided Glass Railings
- $1052.10 Production Only, Escalator Runners
- February 9 and after:
- $13,872.00 Production Only, (4) Double Sided Glass Railings.
- $1213.80 Production Only, Escalator Runners.
Estimated labor for 4 railings and 2 runners to be $2400-$2500. Labor to be billed on actuals after work is complete.
Production, installation and dismantle of the items above must be done by Freeman.
