Keynote - Sponsorship Details:

This is an opportunity to present a topic with a retail client (required) and a senior level executive from sponsor’s organization. Topic and speakers must be pre-approved by NRF. Sponsor must meet deadlines provided by NRF, to include a potential retail speaker list.

Sponsor to provide:

• Logos 2 - high-resolution vector files either .eps or .ai or .pdf  | SUBMIT LOGOS HERE   | DUE: ASAP
• A full-color logo
• A single-color logo - black or white
• Content deliverables as dictated by the NRF content team

Pre-Keynote Video
Your 15-second sponsor video will play prior to your session content kicking off. Video will need to be approved by NRF and should be general in nature. See examples: Cover Genius,  JP Morgan

• Or within 35 days of contract execution
• Title and Description can be edited as speakers are confirmed
• Identify and Secure Retail Speakers - 1 Required  | DUE: August 30, 2025 | to NRF Content Team
• Confirm All Speakers - 3-4 speakers total  | DUE: September 12, 2025 | to NRF Content Team 
• Deliver Speaker Assets  | September 12, 2025  | COMPLETE SPEAKER INTAKE FORM HERE 
• All confirmed speakers must complete the Speaker Intake Form 
• Speaker Prep Call  | DATE: week of November 10, 2025  (NRF to provide details)
