Description

Retail’s CIO Party is the exclusive, invite-only party for retail technology professionals. The atmosphere and attendance allow for great networking and authentic conversations for its retail attendees. Invited guests are retail SVPs, EVPs, CIOs, VPs of Tech, and other senior leaders. This is a great opportunity to network within this prestigious circle of retailers.

• Sponsor logo is included on marketing materials (webpage, mobile app, event signage) promoting the event.
• Sponsorship allows for 3 sponsor attendees (employees from sponsor company, attendees must be registered for current Retail’s Big Show).
• Sponsor logo will be on cocktail napkins, onsite signage as well as on the event website and in the mobile app.
• Sponsor will donate one gift item to be raffled off to retailer attendees during the event. Gift must have a value of at least $250 and a maximum of $275 (+taxes/shipping). Sponsor must purchase gift and bring it to event. Gift must be pre-approved by NRF.
• Post-event, NRF will develop and send out an email, on behalf of sponsors, to Party registrants and attendees.

Sponsor to provide:

• 2 Logos | DUE: ASAP | SUBMIT LOGOS HERE 
  • 1 full-color logo as high-resolution vector file. .eps, .ai or .pdf files are preferred.
  • 1 single-color (black/white) logo as high-resolution vector file. .eps, .ai or .pdf files are preferred.
• Gift item (per above description) for raffle 
• Approved by NRF by deadline given by POC.
• Gift Delivery: Sponsor should bring to venue to hand off to NRF POC.
• Services description 
• Sponsor to provide a 1-2 sentence description of services and link to company website by deadline set by POC to be included in NRF post event email to registrants/attendees.

NRF to provide: 

• Logo'd proofs (napkins) for sponsor approval prior to production. Sponsor logo will be a one-color imprint in black. No substitutions or changes to napkin design.
• List of Party registrants’ titles and company names to be provided 30 days out from the event and an updated list provided 1 week out from the event

GOOD TO KNOW: 

Sponsor to hand their raffle gift item to the winner during the event.

SELL BY: November 18.

In purchasing this sponsorship after November 18, 2026, standard deliverables may not be able to be fulfilled, including but not limited to: napkins, onsite signage, and others. The NRF Fulfillment Team will advise on updated deadlines and/or deliverable items.
