Description

The NRF 2027 Innovators Showcase, previously known as the NRF Innovation Lab, is located in the River Pavilion of the Javits. It will be home to 60 carefully curated companies offering the most future forward technology changing the face of retail. The Showcase is one of the most visited destinations by attendees and media/press. Represent innovation and thought leadership by sponsoring the NRF 2027 Innovators Showcase. 

• Session in a Feature Stage in Javits North, Level 4. Topic and speakers to be pre-approved by NRF. Retail speaker required.
• Logo recognition on large main entrance banner outside the River Pavilion and additional banners inside the NRF 2027 Innovators Showcase.  
  
• Logo recognition on the NRF 2027 Innovators Showcase page of the event website, onsite printed brochure and in marketing pieces where the NRF 2027 Innovators Showcase is promoted. 
  
• Recognition on walk-in slides prior to each session on the River Pavilion Stage.

• NRF will provide proofs for sponsor approval prior to production. Details on file preparation and final file output can be found here.
• PROOF: The NRF review/approval process is not for editing/redesigning – the submitted file should be final. Once the proof is provided, only critical edits should be made. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Late fees may apply if artwork is submitted after the deadline.
• The sponsor is responsible for any fees associated with reprinting graphics and/or onsite removal/modification after the sponsor has given final approval.
• Sponsor-created graphics (in NRF’s contracted public spaces) must meet NRF standards – no profanity, political themes, nudity, obvious innuendo, critiques of competitors, etc... If the content review flags graphics for content/theme concerns, sponsors will be notified and asked to modify.

SELL BY: November 18.

In purchasing this sponsorship after November 18, 2026, standard deliverables may not be able to be fulfilled, including but not limited to: napkins & cups, printed Quick Guide, onsite signage, and more.. The NRF Fulfillment Team will advise on updated deadlines and/or deliverable items.
