Retailers will flock to sponsors of the 5K Giveaway!
Drive retailers to your booth in the spirit of competition, a big prize, and multiple chances to enter! Retail attendees must visit participating sponsors to qualify for the 5k Giveaway. For every unique set of 10 participating sponsors retailers visit, they are entered to win. Retailers increase their chances of winning by visiting all participating sponsors. Visit all 20 sponsors and a retailer will have 2 chances to win a 5k gift card. Progression will be tracked in the mobile app.
Sponsors - Be sure to ask attendees for a badge scan while they are at your booth so you can receive direct lead generation details!
NRF will promote on the event website, mobile app, onsite materials, and signage.
Sponsor to provide:
- Logos - 2 | DUE: ASAP | SUBMIT LOGOS HERE
- 1 full color logo as high-resolution vector file. .eps, .ai or .pdf files preferred.
- 1 single-color (black or white) logo as high-resolution vector file. .eps, .ai or .pdf files preferred.
- NOTE: Booth # for marketing (digital & print) | Sponsor's largest booth # will be assigned, unless otherwise noted by sponsor by Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Questions - contact nrfsponsorships@nrf.com
NRF to provide:

- Printed copies of on-site instructions
GOOD TO KNOW:
Only retail US/DC residents are eligible to win. Eligible participants must be playing WITHIN the NRF event app to track their progress.
SELL BY: November 18.
In purchasing this sponsorship after November 18, 2026, standard deliverables may not be able to be fulfilled, including but not limited to: printed Quick Guide, onsite signage, and others. The NRF Fulfillment Team will advise on updated deadlines and/or deliverable items.
