Chairman’s Reception & Honors Overview

The work of the NRF Foundation culminates each year in the NRF Foundation Honors, our biggest stage for telling the story of how retail builds incredible careers. As a sponsor of this hallmark event, your brand will be highlighted as a key partner and invited to celebrate with us as we honor the Visionary, The List of People Shaping Retail’s Future, the RISE Up Partner of the Year, and our scholarship recipients. In 2026, more than 700 guests from over 150 companies - including more than 220 C-Suite and more than 38 CEOs - joined us.

Chairman’s Reception is held the night before Honors to celebrate the honorees with a highly curated set of senior executives in the retail industry at an upscale venue. Attendees consist of NRF Foundation Board, NRF Board, current honorees, past honorees, specialty sponsors of the Honors, and other VIP invites. Chairman’s Reception is an invite-only event and focuses on networking opportunities for attendees. In 2026, 125 retail industry senior leaders attended the Chairman’s Reception.
