Sponsored Section

Own a section of the PA Night Out that will include your logo on creative branding located in each section (ex. TV monitors, step and repeats, etc.).  Each section will include a stage or two with live entertainment and an opportunity for your representatives to network.  Plenty of bars and food stations will be setup for attendees to sample different southern food with a flare as they wander around the event.  Sponsors will have the opportunity to make announcements on the stage during the live entertainments dedicated breaks along with handing out branding tchotchkes for attendees to enjoy and take home as a reminder of how much fun they had at AAPA 2023.

• Pre-Show and Onsite promotional recognition on PA Night Out materials
• Custom sponsor cling placed outside of your exhibit booth in the Expo to promote your sponsorship
• Six (6) complimentary PA Night Out tickets for your team and/or guests
• Sponsor ribbons for your team to wear at AAPA 2023
• Sponsor logo recognition in sponsored section (creative branding) at the PA Night Out
• Sponsor can make announcements on their sponsored stages during the live entertainments dedicated breaks
• Sponsor can provide one (1) branded item to be distributed to conference attendees during the party (qty: 5,500).  Sponsor to provide image/proof of swag item to AAPA for approval by April 19, 2023

Selfie Station - 1 out of 2 AVAILABLE

Capture the Memory!  Attendees will be capturing memories of the night by taking their own photos through a Selfie Station.  The branded Selfie Station will be setup in a high traffic location of the party and will allow attendees to take their own photos and have them emailed, texted, or airdropped to themselves.  AAPA will also include fun props for the attendees to showcase their creativity.

Social Roaming Selfie Station - AVAILABLE

Strike a pose!  Two (2) attendants (in an official AAPA shirt with sponsor branding) will take the selfie station to attendees all around the party.  Attendees will be able to instantly receive a digital copy to their smart devices, an opportunity to upload to social media, and be able to take home a printed copy.
