Additional Notes
Offer attendees an opportunity to sit and relax, catch up with a colleague, prepare for a meeting, re-energize with a cup of coffee and/or tea, etc. The attendee lounge will be setup in a high traffic area during the entire conference (Friday, May 16 through Tuesday, May 20) in the Colorado Convention Center. Your company name will be visible as you give attendees an area to relax, network, re-energize, etc.
The attendee lounge will include an activity wall (write in recommendations for food, activities, places to see, etc.), comfy furniture, coffee and tea breaks, a digital display, and two (2) sets of bean bag toss games.
Sponsor can bring your brand to life by creating a self-service/demo kiosk station for attendees to learn and interact with your message, an additional investment.

- Sponsor onsite signage at the Attendee Lounge Area
- Sponsor logo printed on four (4) branded pillows to be placed on comfy furniture, provided by AAPA
- Sponsor logo/message printed on two (2) sets of bean bag toss – Specs: 2’(w) x 4’(h), hole will need to be cut out
- Sponsor logo/message printed on four (4) clings placed on the tops of tables - Specs: 30" diameter
