DESCRIPTION

A sponsored education session is the best way to speak in front of a large audience at the annual conference. These rooms can fit up to 120 attendees and will include everything you need to make a presentation. Session topic to be chosen by sponsor and listed in all ASCD conference materials.

  • Room comes with basic A/V (podium, wired mic, screen and projector) -Internet will be conference wireless internet, hardwired can be ordered for additional expense
  • Room will be set to ASCD’s choosing.
  • Badge Scanners for sessions will be provided by ASCD
  • Receive post-conference list of event attendees who attended speaking session
