Here's a chance to let a captive audience learn a little more about your company in an entertaining format by playing a thirty second video for the MCE attendees. We’ll promote your thirty (30) second video throughout the MCE in a variety of ways. Commercials will run as part of "ATA TV" in the general session area between sessions, in the luncheon rooms before the programming begins and on the following 37 digital displays throughout the Music City Center.
Level 2 LED Wall
A single screen towers overhead on Level 2 near the 6th Avenue and Demonbreun Street entrance. The 16’W x 9’H LED display offers more than 252” of screen coverage. This wall accommodates still images and video. No Audio

Level 4 LED Wall
A single screen hangs on Level 4 near the Karl F. Dean Grand Ballroom entrance. The 16’W x 4’6”H LED display offers nearly 200” of screen coverage that can be divided into sections. This wall accommodates still images, video, and audio.

There will be four (4) other companies as well as ATA programming sharing the location. The ads will also be housed on the MCE website for 90 days following the conclusion of the meeting and an email with the commercials embedded in it will be sent to all MCE attendees before and after the conference.
The video file with the commercial must be received by August 21, 2024.
