Artwork Pre-Approval

Artwork for this does not require DDW pre-approval unless it is promoting a satellite symposium, product theater, or includes any reference to “Digestive Disease Week®” or “DDW.”

If your artwork does require approval, please send it to your account manager.

Please note: If any changes are needed to your final artwork, you may incur late or rush fees, which will be the Industry Supporter’s responsibility and not the responsibility of DDW.
