Description

Reserve a private meeting room per day at the Georgia World Congress Center. Meeting rooms are conveniently located in Building A on level 4 (street level, near GSX registration and the Omni connector). Each meeting room includes:

• Initial room set: conference, theater, reception, rounds, u-shape, etc
• Company logo on screen outside of meeting room
• Room key
• Access to room all-day

• Food & beverage
• Audio visual
  
• Electrical
• Additional furniture available for rental (couches, chairs, desk, executive chairs). Please work with your exhibit house or Freeman (additional rental charges apply)

Meeting Rooms are prioritized for GSX Exhibitors. Companies without an exhibit space, requesting private meeting rooms, will be quoted a non-exhibiting fee.
