- Action Station: Oven Roasted Turkey- Mushroom Pretzel Spoon Bread, Sage Gravy and Fried Shallot
- Artichoke Beignet
- Beef Tenderloin- Cambozola & Marmalade
Customized Reception Benefits:- Up to 100 attendees are included in this 1.5 hour turnkey reception with the following items (sample menu):

- FAQ document with logistic details will be sent to sponsor upon submission of signed contract.
- Sponsor to identify audience for reception invitations. HIMSS will provide two (2) drafts of customized invitation for sponsor approval. Invitation will include sponsor logo.
- HIMSS will send three (3) marketing e-pushes to sponsor audience selections. Specific marketing email dates will be included in the FAQ document
- Sponsor will have ability to access attendee lists 24/7 for most up to date responses.
