The Interoperability Showcase® features a live experience of patient, caregiver, and clinician stories empowered by industry interoperability champions demonstrating standards-based solutions in a connected health ecosystem. Senior healthcare leaders from across the globe prioritize the Showcase to find actionable solutions they can use today, with focus on the value of standards-based data exchange for continuity of care and improved health outcomes.  The Showcase offer’s turnkey exhibit space of different variety, allowing its participants to focus on their product demonstration, and position as a true leader in interoperability.

Foundational Level

HIMSS Corporate Member: $59,000 / Non Member: $65,000

• Demonstrate*up to seven (7) singular systems, technologies or devices within any of the HIMSS authored demonstrations
• *See Minimum Requirements section)
• Present to HIMSS Global Conference attendees in a (1) hour education session anchored around the interoperability topic of your choice located within the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase Main Theater. Session will be promoted in the onsite program and HIMSS24 website with prominent organization branding.

• Collaborate with HIMSS to create a single customized demonstration with your technology partners. Must be contracted before December 31, 2023 to be eligible for this sponsorship option.
• Fees includes benefits for up to 6 partners that are comparable to Connected Technology Sponsorship package for inclusion in Leadership Sponsor’s space
• Separate terms and conditions agreement must be completed by Sponsor’s partners

• One (1) countertop with lockable storage, One (1) 32-inch monitor (participating company will need to bring a laptop and required adaptors to connect to the monitor), Keyboard and mouse, one (1) bar stool, electrical (5amps) with multi-strip, shared Internet connection (hardwire internet line), graphic panel to be customized by sponsor
• Inclusion in on-site attendee print and electronic materials****
• Lead scanning through CompuLead App 
• Distribute one (1) case study or white paper within your onsite demonstration area

*Minimum Requirements to participate as Foundational & Connected Technology Level Sponsors in the Interoperability Showcase:

• All demonstration participants must use an interoperability standard to exchange information (such as an HL7 Profile, IHE Profile, DICOM, DIRECT, etc.) and must submit an Interoperability Showcase Standards Attestation Form within two weeks of contracting with proof or planned validation of associated standards to be approved by the Technical Project Manager. The proof can be attestation, visual, or conformance/validation testing (such as participation and validation at an IHE Connectathon, a FHIR Connectathon, etc.). This validation acceptance process may be completed at an IHE Connectathon. No proprietary exchanges will be allowed in the demonstrations.
• HIMSS24 Showcase Participants will undergo virtual testing approximately 8 weeks from the HIMSS24 Global Conference.  Unsuccessful participants will provide HIMSS with a roadmap for validation and are expected to attend a testing session during the IHE USA North American Connectathon or similar.
• This event will be in-person for Connectathon testing participants and virtual for all others.
• Participation in regular virtual meetings to plan your demonstration, expected to start in November 2023.
• Attendance at set up for one (1) day prior to HIMSS24 (8:00 am-5:00 pm) and during all exhibition hours.
