Applications for the sponsored View from the Top Sessions will be
submitted and selected through the HIMSS Call for Proposals process. All applications will be reviewed and
selected by HIMSS Thought Advisory and HIMSS Subject Matter Expert (SME)
personnel.
November 6, 2023: Call for sponsored Views from the Top session closes
November 7 – November
16, 2023: Session review and sessions selected by
HIMSS Thought Advisory/SME teams
November 16, 2023: Your organization is notified of acceptance status by HIMSS sales
team
December 4, 2023: Signed contract is due
December 18: Session and speaker content finalized for print materials- Title, description,
learning objectives, speaker & speaker bio/headshot. Any content or
changes received after this point cannot be guaranteed to make it into print
materials.
