Meeting rooms are located at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in the North Convention Center (Level 0). Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meeting room reservations will incur an administrative fee of $500 per half-day reservation and $750 per full-day reservation, to be billed via Map Your Show.
The Exhibitor will be responsible for ordering the meeting room setup, food and beverages, audio-visual needs, or any other services with the appropriate vendor. You will also be directly responsible for any charges associated with these services.
Convention Center provides one room setup with standard meeting room equipment and staging, for example chairs, tables, podiums, and risers, for no cost
