Description

Everyone needs a charge so why not brand the charging cell tower? These cell towers will be placed in high-traffic areas (Level 1, E Hall and Level 2, South Concourse). Each sponsorship is for 2 cell towers.

All sponsors must submit their production-ready graphics to NRF by Wednesday, November 11, 2026.

NRF will provide proofs for sponsor approval prior to production. Details on file preparation and final file output can be found here .

• PROOF: The NRF review/approval process is not for editing/redesigning – the submitted file should be final. Once the proof is provided,  only critical edits should be made.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Late fees may apply if artwork is submitted after the deadline.
• The sponsor is responsible for any fees associated with reprinting graphics and/or onsite removal/modification after the sponsor has given final approval.
• Sponsor-created graphics (in NRF’s contracted public spaces) must meet NRF standards – no profanity, political themes, nudity, obvious innuendo, critiques of competitors, etc... If the content review flags graphics for content/theme concerns, sponsors will be notified and asked to modify.
