Description
The keynote theatre showcases the biggest NRF speakers and sessions. Sponsor the keynote theatre and your brand will be prominently incorporated into the onsite experience and design as well as referenced throughout all related materials.
Sponsor will receive name or logo recognition on the event website, mobile app, marketing materials, and onsite signage (directional banner). Logo will be included on stage set, chair wraps, and screen during walk-in time.
Note: Sponsor’s logo may be removed or the placement changed from stage-visible branding elements during limited sponsored sessions at NRF’s discretion. Such temporary adjustments do not reduce sponsorship benefits. Stage naming recognition does not grant exclusivity across individual sessions or speakers, and NRF may recognize other sponsors in connection with specific sessions or content.
Sponsor to provide:

- 1 full-color logo as high-resolution vector file. .eps, .ai or .pdf files preferred.
- 1 single-color logo (black or white as high-resolution vector file. .eps, .ai or .pdf files preferred.

NOTE: If Sponsor plans to rebrand in this calendar year, we recommend you forgo this sponsorship as we cannot wait for logo and company name to be confirmed later than noted deadline.
- NRF will provide proofs for sponsor approval prior to production. Details on file preparation and final file output can be found here.
PROOF: The NRF review/approval process is not for editing/redesigning – the submitted file should be final. Once the proof is provided, only critical edits should be made.
NOTE: Sponsor cannot dictate stage design, as NRF creates a consistent experience across all stages and is solely responsible for all design elements. Sponsor approval is limited to brand accuracy and trademark usage, and brand placement may be adjusted as reasonably necessary due to scheduling, venue, production, or programming requirements.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Late fees may apply if artwork is submitted after the deadline.
- The sponsor is responsible for any fees associated with reprinting graphics and/or onsite removal/modification after the sponsor has given final approval.
- Sponsor-created graphics (in NRF’s contracted public spaces) must meet NRF standards – no profanity, political themes, nudity, obvious innuendo, critiques of competitors, etc. NRF shall have sole discretion to determine whether graphics meet these standards. If the content review flags graphics for content/theme concerns, sponsors will be notified and asked to modify.
