PLEASE NOTE: 

• Late fees may apply if artwork is submitted after the deadline.
• The sponsor is responsible for any fees associated with reprinting graphics and/or onsite removal/modification after the sponsor has given final approval.
• Sponsor-created graphics (in NRF’s contracted public spaces) must meet NRF standards – no profanity, political themes, nudity, obvious innuendo, critiques of competitors, etc... If the content review flags graphics for content/theme concerns, sponsors will be notified and asked to modify.
