All sponsors must submit their production-ready graphics to NRF by Wednesday, October 15, 2025. PLEASE NOTE: These add-on sponsorships are only available to current REV26 sponsors.

Specs provided on sale of sponsorship. NRF will provide proofs for sponsor approval prior to production. Files should be high-resolution, print-ready .pdfs or native packaged files like .eps or .ai.

• PROOF: The NRF review/approval process is not for editing/redesigning – the submitted file should be final. Once the proof is provided, only critical edits should be made.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Late fees may apply if artwork is submitted after the deadline.
• The sponsor is responsible for any fees associated with reprinting graphics and/or onsite removal/modification after the sponsor has given final approval.
• Sponsor-created graphics (in NRF’s contracted public spaces) must meet NRF standards – no profanity, political themes, nudity, obvious innuendo, critiques of competitors, etc... If the content review flags graphics for content/theme concerns, sponsors will be notified and asked to modify.
