first-hand experience on your company’s own proprietary systems by offering
user training and product instruction in a classroom environment. Attendees
welcome the opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience from experts in
the field of radiology. Located on the exhibit floor, exhibitors can conduct
multiple sessions throughout the entire meeting. Opportunity is available to
exhibiting companies only.
Note: rental fees include a fully enclosed classroom with 10’ high gray wall
panels, carpeting, ceiling, locking door and HVAC. Vendor is responsible for
all costs related to drayage, shipping, furniture rental, AV service, classroom
security, cleaning/sanitizing and all other exhibition services (electrical,
decoration, etc.) Sponsor
should review and consider the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
guidelines on air ventilation, room capacity and cleaning, when applicable. Depending
on design and services extra fees can range from $20,000 to $30,000.
