Description
Provide attendees with a convention tote branded with your company’s logo directly from your booth! The distribution of bags is permitted at no additional cost, provided the bags are plastic and measure no larger than 14”x14”.
Exhibitors who wish to distribute bags that are larger than 14”x14” and are made of canvas, nylon, recycled totes or duffel bags are able to do so by securing a tote bag sponsorship.
Initial approval for placement, as well as banner copy, must be reviewed by ICCLOS event coordinator. Due to other in-house groups, not all areas are available at any given time. It is the sole responsibility of the client to physically inspect the facility to verify all dimensions and locations. ICCLOS assumes no responsibility for incorrect measurements.
