Description
Door drops are an excellent way to communicate company news or introduce new products to attendees while they relax in their hotel rooms. Sponsors will be allowed to distribute a 1-page, double-sided flyer, no larger than 8 ½” x 11” or a single novelty item at the contracted hotels. All flyers and novelty items must be submitted in advance for approval by APSS management. Sponsors are responsible for coordinating the distribution of their approved item with the hotels and all costs including but not limited to printing and distribution. This opportunity is limited to four companies per night and is available Saturday through Tuesday.

Initial approval for placement, as well as banner copy, must be reviewed by ICCLOS event coordinator. Due to other in-house groups, not all areas are available at any given time. It is the sole responsibility of the client to physically inspect the facility to verify all dimensions and locations. ICCLOS assumes no responsibility for incorrect measurements.
